If you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours beforehand, otherwise, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you arrive late your treatment time may have to be reduced or cancelled to allow us to stay on schedule for our other clients.

 

For first-time facial and injectable appointments you will be sent a consultation form prior to your treatment, it is your responsibility to have this filled out before you attend your appointment.

 

For first-time eyebrow lamination, eyebrow tinting, and chemical peel appointments a patch test must be completed 48 hours prior to treatment, you can book this and find more information on our online bookings page. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your treatment.
